The service
Karigar provides AI-composed catalog photos for jewellery listings. By using the service you agree to these terms.
What you can use it for
- Generating catalog photos of jewellery you designed, made, own, or are authorised to list for sale
- Uploading those photos to Instagram, Etsy, Amazon, eBay, Facebook Marketplace, WhatsApp catalogs, and similar listing platforms
- Personal and commercial use of the generated images
What you cannot use it for
- Photos of jewellery you do not own or have authorisation to list
- Misrepresenting karat, metal, stone count, certification, or origin
- Faking hallmarks, BIS stamps, or any certification mark
- Generating images of NSFW content, weapons, or anything illegal
- Reselling raw access to the API or service
- Attempting to reverse-engineer or scrape the service
Violation = account suspended without refund.
Your content & the photos we make
- Your uploads stay yours. You keep all rights to the photos you upload. By uploading, you confirm you own them or are authorised to use them, and you grant us a limited licence to process them solely to generate your output and run the service.
- The output is yours to use. Subject to these terms and your payment, you may use the generated images for personal and commercial purposes, including marketplace listings — no attribution required.
- AI has limits. Images are AI-generated and may contain imperfections. You are responsible for reviewing each image before publishing and for ensuring it accurately represents the actual item.
- We don't claim ownership of your designs. We process uploads only to produce your photos and run the service; we don't sell them or use them for advertising.
Payment & availability
Credit packs are one-time purchases. Credits do not expire. Paid credits are currently available to customers in India only, and pricing is shown and charged in Indian Rupees (INR). Payment is processed by Razorpay (UPI / cards / netbanking / wallets). We're working on support for more countries. See our refund policy for refund terms.
Liability
The service is provided "as is" and "as available." We don't guarantee that generated photos will result in a sale or any specific outcome. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total aggregate liability for any and all claims arising from your use of the service is limited to the total amount you actually paid us in the 12 months immediately before the event giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits or lost data. Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.
Jurisdiction
These terms are governed by Indian law. Disputes go to the courts of Bangalore, Karnataka.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. If we make material changes, we'll email users with an account. Continued use after changes = acceptance.
