Refunds & support
We want you to be happy with Karigar. If something went wrong with a payment or a render, email us and a person will help. Refunds are reviewed and processed manually — there is no automatic money-back — so please write to us and we'll sort it out fairly.
How to request a refund
Email support@karigar.studio
Include the email you signed up with and your order / payment ID, and tell us briefly what happened. We reply within one business day and handle every request individually.
You're never charged for a failed render
This isn't a refund — it's how the product works. If a generation fails or produces no usable image, the credit is returned to your account automatically, usually within a minute. You only ever spend a credit on a render that actually completes. Free retries within a generation are unlimited — try a different look or a clearer photo at no cost.
Requesting a money refund
Refunds of money you paid are not automatic and are not issued on demand — each request is reviewed by our team. To request one, email us as above. We generally approve refunds of unused credits when you write to us within a reasonable time of purchase (typically 7 days), and we'll always look at genuine billing problems regardless of timing.
- Approved refunds go back to your original payment method
- Processing usually takes a few business days once approved
- We refund the unused portion; credits already spent are not refundable
If a payment didn't credit your account
Rare, but it happens — if you paid and credits didn't appear, email us with the payment ID. We'll either credit your account manually or refund the payment.
When a refund won't apply
- Credits already used to generate a completed image
- Subjective dissatisfaction with an image that rendered as intended (AI output naturally varies — free retries are there for this)
- Accounts suspended for breaching our Terms of use
- Requests we reasonably believe are abusive or fraudulent
Credits never expire, so unused credits simply stay in your account until you use them.
